Yoga teaching
Helena’s classes offer a welcoming and enjoyable space to explore the subtle balance between effort and relaxation. Helena has been practising yoga since 2000 and qualified as a yoga teacher in 2011. She is also qualified to teach pregnancy and post-natal yoga, Yoga Nidra and Mindfulness practises. Her knowledge and experience of different yoga styles as well as her own energy, creativity and intuition shine through in her teaching. Sessions focus on correct and safe alignment in postures, calming breath work, energising flow sequences, meditation and relaxation and a hint of yoga philosophy. Classes are suitable for beginners to intermediate level.
